Today, there’s a growing concern about the ability of schools and universities to adequately track the menstrual cycles of female student athletes. The issue has become more pressing in recent years as the number of female athletes competing in college and university sports continues to increase. But, despite the increasing popularity of women’s sports, many schools are still struggling to keep up with the demands of tracking the menstrual cycles of their female athletes. Without this information, it’s difficult to ensure that female athletes are getting the proper nutrition and training they need to compete at their peak performance.
