A recent study offers some hope, however, proposing a new approach to farming that could dramatically improve farm productivity without putting further strain on our environment. The study, conducted by researchers at the University of Cambridge, outlines a new model of farming that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve yields by up to 40%. This approach could significantly relieve pressure on natural resources, as well as provide a viable solution to the global food crisis.
