Witnessing the Birth of a Distant Galaxy Cluster: What Astronomers Saw
Astronomers have recently made an amazing discovery: the birth of a distant star cluster. Using X-ray and infrared imaging, the team of international researchers were able to observe the formation of a new star cluster in one of the Milky Way’s neighbouring galaxies.
